Toska Points

At 3rd level, when you choose this subclass, you gain a reservoir of Toska Points. Your Toska Points are equal to your Barbarian level. These points fuel your special abilities, and you can spend them to activate various features of this subclass.

Toska Surge

Also at 3rd level, you learn to tap into your Toska to enhance your physical prowess. As a bonus action, you can spend Toska Points to gain temporary hit points equal to the number of points spent. For each Toska Point spent, you gain 2 temporary hit points. These temporary hit points last until you finish a short or long rest.

Toska-Fueled Attacks

Starting at 6th level, when you make a weapon attack while in a Toska-fueled state, you can choose to spend Toska Points to increase your attack's damage. For each Toska Point spent, add an additional 1d6 damage to the attack's damage roll.

Toska Resilience

At 10th level, your connection to your inner turmoil grants you greater resilience. When you are subjected to an effect that allows you to make a saving throw to take only half damage, you can use your reaction to spend Toska Points and instead take no damage if you succeed on the saving throw. The number of Toska Points spent must be equal to or greater than the level of the spell or the effect's challenge rating.

Toska's Wrath

Upon reaching 14th level, your connection to the depths of Toska grants you extraordinary power. Whenever you enter a Toska-fueled state using your Toska Surge feature, your melee weapon attacks score a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20.

Additionally, when you score a critical hit with a melee weapon attack, you can choose to spend Toska Points to deal additional damage. For each Toska Point spent, roll an additional weapon damage die and add it to the attack's damage roll. For example (if using the double damage critical hit): Roll your damage die, multiply by 2, roll X amount of additional damage dice (not doubled). Alternatively, (if you use the double die critical hit): Roll 2 damage die and X amount of additional damage dice.
